The suite I was living in had a laundry closet, but iirc, the building also had shared laundry room on the lower level. Maybe some suites got renovated during the conversion.

Some of the exterior panels are up and sorta visible. Honestly it's too early to tell how it's going to turn out, I'm admittedly a little nervous.

Yeah, I saw it in person today and am also a bit nervous about how it’s going to look. I will hold my reservations until it’s completed, but I didn’t love the panelling so far. Ground floor is shaping up great though! Going to be great when Diner Deluxe moves in.
I'm already okay with it. I'm looking forward to seeing something different, and the fact it's not regular corrugated steel, but instead with a pattern of holes, will make it look better. Of course we won't know until we get a full look at it, but I think it's going to be good.

I was just looking at it in person. I'm not sure whether it will look good or bad when it's all done. One thing for sure, though, is that it will look aggressive. Definitely going to piss off anyone who envisioned Marda Loop becoming a "Ye Olde Town" consistent with Garrison Woods.
