It does, especially in pics, but the general feel of it is decent, even on a dark gray day.
It could use something organic like some flowers or shrubs.

It's an *interesting* space. And given the vanilla architecture that occupies almost all of Marda Loop, I'd say that's a win. Between this and things that the Leonard Group is building on 34 Ave, there's some really interesting experiments going on in the neighbourhood.

The courtyard desperately needs some planting to soften the space - hopefully the grasses and shrubs that have been planted survive but bringing in some additional planters would help.

I really like the artwork and I think it could be a really interesting space!
