Circle Carnival would be a good fit, they usually go to different communities and split the revenues with the local CA.They have done Currie, University District and Marda Loop I think.
Every time I pass by Dominion I’m hopeful the balcony cladding will be going up, and every time I’m disappointed. Still the materials up so far look great.

Part of me hopes they don't put the balcony cladding on. I like the thin profiled look it has going.

Exterior aluminum was delayed in the Montreal port strike over the summer. Material has been in the shop for the last few weeks being fabricated locally and going to site soon. Fingers crossed....

Are they reflective!?
They are indeed. When I first saw the panels, they looked white, due to the bright gray sky, but at other angles they look silver metallic. I'm optimistic the panels will do as the architect is predicting, and will reflect whatever the skies color is. Can't wait to see how the building looks when there is a red chinook sky happening.

I saw the panels this morning, and they look great. I would describe them as semi-reflective. They have that brushed stainless steel look, but a bit more reflective.
