I really like this one. It's not about the tower / colours for me, its about the podium. A 5+ storey streetwall with units looking right into the street has a really urban feel to it and helps differentiate this project. I hope that most of the future buildings in EV do this, creating a really dense feel without our traditionally generous set-backs or Vancouver-like 2-storey podium.

I like the panel treatment on the north side. IMO, it gives some much needed color to that area + has kind of a retro look to it.
 
The colour on the balcony railings really adds to the building. This one is turning out to be a very pleasant surprise. Too bad Fram won't be doing the eastern half of the block any more.

Why is that? Did they sell to another developer?
