In the six weeks since our last update, the nearly completed Park Point by Qualex-Landmark has been wrapping up several finishing touches on the tower and podium base. Standing across from Central Memorial Park, the 289-unit residential tower will soon welcome all of its 400+ new residents to their new address in the heart of the Beltline.

Centrally located at 2 St SW and 12 Ave SW, the 34-storey high-rise development will provide residents with a walkable, urban setting, the Beltline today one of the fasting growing sectors for high-density residential projects in downtown Calgary along with the East Village.

The latest in what has become something of a dynasty of Qualex-Landmark projects in the Beltline, with more than 1000 units built in the last decade, Park Point will no doubt be a welcome addition to the rapidly evolving neighbourhood.
