I wonder if something may also happen on the other side of 37th from this...IIRC the strip mall beside the Shell station has been fenced up for a little while. Great location...except the gas stations on either side and Mr. Lube across the street!

Lots of slow but good density build near Westbrook. Well, everywhere but the LRT station itself
I suppose it’s just matter of time before the station are gets built. This reminds me of the Chinook area
