SINGLE FAMILY HOMES occupied by owners with good paying jobs.Community still opposed to the scaled down development. It backs onto Crowchild, not sure what else you could ask for.

The fact that the “alternate” plan suggested is 400 units while the already pared down plan is 1500 units is enraging. NIMBYs can never be satisfied.Community still opposed to the scaled down development. It backs onto Crowchild, not sure what else you could ask for.

Looks great!! UD just keeps on rollingAnother new Truman DP for University District, apparently being called "2418" for now. This is for the site immediately east of the building with the Cineplex. Architect is Casola Koppe. Gets the big things right IMO - CRU's lining the entire University Ave frontage, decent massing and high quality materials with mostly brick. It seems like developers in UD are incapable of producing crap (and that's a good thing!). View attachment 640091
Notice the MAX stop shelter in front of the building, I wonder if that means anything for the OrangeAnother new Truman DP for University District, apparently being called "2418" for now. It's suppose to be the University District MAX Station. Across the street is suppose to have one too.Notice the MAX stop shelter in front of the building, I wonder if that means anything for the Orange
Does the city have future Max plans? Like how they have the Main Streets identified, then they get built as funding is available.Does the city publish any future MAX network plans? The future MAX plans CT has made public so far:Does the city have future Max plans? Like how they have the Main Streets identified, then they get built as funding is available.Does the city publish any future MAX network plans? Other than the North Central BRT
Some of these look like they could be extensions? West Bow just extends Max Purple, and Shaganappi extends Max Orange. For Max Purple, that'd make it a more complete E-W route. The future MAX plans CT has made public so far:
- 52 Street East (Essentially express version of Route 23)
- West Bow (Route 305 replacement)
- Shaganappi Trail HOV upgrade (which would likely feature a BRT route from at least Sage Hill Terminal to Foothills Hospital)
- Crosstown Far North (144 Ave N)
- Deep South (166 Ave S - which I assume would extend east of Somerset Station to South Health Hospital)

There's also the Primary Transit Network map, that provides possible future rapid transit routes.
