Way better photos from you though. Looking pretty close to opening.
Also, the fencing at 18 Ave and Macleod South has been expanded, and includes the removal of several trees. No active proposal on site though as far as I can recall??

According to the My Property map on the City's website, a building permit was applied for last August, it is pending plans review. Maybe there is some life in this one:

Might as well get a thread started for this one. This is the one @Cyric had mentioned earlier. I'll get the official height from the city. Located at 18th ave and 1st St SE 70 units of condo being developed by 1801 1ST GP LTD
