Looking at that one I saw this empty parcel has a new dP as well. Interesting that the main floor townhomes have their own individual parking garages accessed from an internal courtyard driveway thing

They want to increase the height limit from 10 meters to 42 meters. We could be looking at a 12-14 floor high rise.
