Agreed. Simple in its execution and high-quality. In terms of mid-rise this blows away say... Arlington's Windsor.

My favourite recent development in the city, by far. Opus and Kasian killed it on this one. My only small piece of criticism, is i think they could have considered a more interesting material for the top silver 'cornice' that spans the entire building.

When i criticize podiums on towers here, which is a lot, i really do think the first 2-4 storeys of any building should be built to this quality of design.

Love it! My only complaint is that it's not on the front of the building at the main entrance, but outside of that very cool.

^^ I get what you mean, but it's even cooler that this will be one of the first things you see driving into Inglewood over the new Inglewood Bridge. Like a show piece! It sort of sets the tone for the slight bit of grunge mixed with modernism that is emblematic of Inglewood.
