Just add a "park" to your marketing name and voila! I guess the "line" part refers to the lovely Crowchild Trail? At least they didn't add a "hat". We have enough of those. Strangest marketing trend ever.Looks like this is called "Parkline" now: https://www.engageparkline.com/
This neighbourhood definitely hasn’t become quieter since the high school closed. Redevelopment has been perpetually hot for at least 15-20 years in Killarney/Richmond/Knob Hill. Endless infills and townhouses going up since the mid 2000s.I went there to upgrade some high school courses about 20 years ago and it was a gong show in the morning and afternoon. Probably didn't help all the students were adults from all over Calgary so most drove their own vehicle to/from. Probably worse than when it was just a regular school for the neighbourhood. I bet the residents were happy when it closed completely and got used to how quiet it was after the closure, now they want to keep it that way.
The elevations in these, granted early renders, look like you would expect, if you were expecting to be disappointed by the design. They're simple so maybe they're just placeholders but I'm going to assume they're not.Looks like this is called "Parkline" now: https://www.engageparkline.com/
