Office Space Conversion

Article discussing four conversions. Apparently Hanover Place is slated for completion in early 2026 which is sooner than I would have anticipated.
I saw lower cabinets going in here on the walk to work this morning. They were dragging them on the rain-soaked ground so don't expect pristine lowers, although it did seem to be the back of the cabinet being dragged but still.

I think these are upcoming - some may already under construction:
Five Ten Fifth
640 5 Ave SW
Atrium 1 and 2
640 12 Ave SW
United Place
622 5 Ave SW
606 4 ST SW
1207 11 Ave SW
505 2 ST SW
Quite the list, taking the bus by these, on 5th and 6th Aves, I wondered if they might be good candidates, having no idea some were actually going to be converted. They're mostly smaller and older office buildings that I'm sure have struggled to lease space.

103 two and three-bedroom suites.

Developer Maxim Olshevsky, the managing director of Peoplefirst Developments, said that while it was a rewarding project, it also had its challenges.

“We had to preserve a lot of heritage elements,” Olshevsky said, “and we had to preserve the exterior on three sides, so a lot of the mechanical systems had to be rerouted through the back of the building -- and that posed a lot of challenges.

Interesting that it is only larger units, must be the floor plate that contributed to that and I know @Surrealplaces mentioned them preserving the exterior on another thread. Looks like they had to do that because of the buildings designation. Really well done.
