Love that they're keeping the brick and simply replacing some windows.

Developers and architects can't really improve the facade of these old office buildings without blowing the budget. Brick, stone and pre-cast concrete are timeless. Adding cladding or painting the exterior makes it look tacky. Leave the exterior materials alone.
