Looks decent, will be great to have more residents in the core!
I'm glad to see they're more or less retaining the architectural style of this one. Could be tweaked a bit but a good draft.
The statement made in the magazine is a little misleading. If you are not from Calgary, one might think when reading this that one out of 3 buildings sits vacant. What they mean to say is 'almost one third of total office space is vacant'.The Economist, p. 63, February 11 2023
