I'll be living in the downtown area , forgot the building name but it's very old and located beside the Calgary tower.

Probably Mount Royal House, or Bromley Square, good central location. Congrats on moving to Calgary!

it's the Bromley Square yep... old one that's why it's cheap haha we can't afford to live in those new condo yet. But i believe the location is perfect ?

Wouldn't say it's "good" again yet, but it is evolving quickly. The north side of the road is in desperate need of development.
