Probably just an exercise in reducing their liability, and likely, insurance rate.
More parking !!Unfortunately, there's nothing that I've heard of slated for that location. Nothing on DMAP.
Oxford is a pension fund, and as I have ranted about before, pension funds are ridiculously risk adverse and always seem to miss the development cycle in Calgary, so I wouldn't expect development here for a long time. Frankly I don't know why pension funds don't just sell all of their assets in Calgary, since they only seem interested in contributing to the condo guts in Toronto and Vancouver.More parking !!
I thought there was a DP in for 3 or 4 residential towers on the Exchange site - a while ago now though. I want to say Oxford was involved ?View attachment 664344View attachment 664344

I wonder what will go in there or if Barry's will take over the whole space.
Dave's Hot Chicken I believe. Not familiar with it, it's an American franchise.Anyone know what’s going into the old earls on McLeod? Huge Reno going on.
Was just at chick fil-A. Can’t say I was that big of a fan. Not the same as my US visitsThere's actually already a Dave's Hot Chicken in Calgary, it's located in the east hills shopping complex.
There's also one of the two Chick fil-A locations in the city over there too
Is it just me or is McLeod the new destination for every US fast food chain.Dave's Hot Chicken I believe. Not familiar with it, it's an American franchise.
