The boulder that created the wave was washed away by an ice dam, so not sure how much appetite there is for that now.

General updates for Bridgeland’s streetscape upgrade.

I think just the signage. It's unfortunate about that building, once they dug into it they found so much damage and sketchy repairs that they would need to replace most of the building to fix the problems so it was decided to demo and build a new 'Memories of' building. with the oriignal signage. Probably the best case scenario considering the issues.
