Yeah it looks great now but it will look like grey crap with uneven boards in about 24 months. (You heard it here first folks).

Not necessarily, I think this is the same material used for the benches along the pathway in Eau Claire. It’s been three years now and those benches still look new.

Don't mind the wood sidewalk in Eau Claire, should age as well as pavers in our frost heave prone climate.

Renders look about what you would expect. The scaling of the blue EIFS texture seems a bit off though... lol
