Those condos are the first phase of a three phase project that stalled. The plan was for residential and hotel towers directly attached to the building that was completed.

Are the units accessible from 69 st? I'm used to all the "shopping centres" down here in the SE having fake storefronts on the street making you walk around into the parking lot

Pretty sure the units will be accessible from both sides. Seems like a fairly well designed shopping centre. At least, it's better than most.

Personally I like the wood planks....as long as they don't weather too quickly. It's nice to have something 'organic' in a sea of masonry and concrete.

Yeah it looks great now but it will look like grey crap with uneven boards in about 24 months. (You heard it here first folks).
