I wonder if anyone is going to take a crack at redeveloping that mall in whole or in part? I remember seeing the TOD redevelopment plan for the area ages ago. It looked nothing like what's there now, but it isn't like any of us have seen anything concrete come from those TOD plans.

I believe it's actually different developers as this tower is through Boardwalk, but yeah....looks like it fits right in with the others. The area to the east (right side of render) where Liquor Depot is, is supposed to be slated another phase with Knightsbridge, but not sure where that is now. It was supposed to be two towers.
