Alright, here is a bit of a rundown on the projects that are planned/underway south of 17th Ave SW, between 77th and 85th Street (so basically, south of Aspen Landing Shopping Centre). I haven't created a dedicated thread for this area, or any of the specific projects, since they are all suburban in nature and while collectively make up a lot of work underway, they aren't managed by a single, master builder/developer the way somewhere like University District or West District are. However, if people think this area deserves a similar thread, we can use this post and the next as the starting point. I need 2 posts, as there are too many images to attach in just 1. The Springbank Hill Area Structure Plan got a significant update a few years ago, setting the planning for all of this work that is underway.
Here is a map of the area. The projects are not really numbered in any particular order, just how they came to me in my head:
1. 85th & Park condos by Cove Properties and S2 Architecture (90% sold according to their website! at the time of this writing), currently under construction:

It also has a couple of projects shown that I couldn't find any information on (honestly though, I didn't look too hard...).

Wow, lots of action in West District. That place is going to be bustling when it's finished.
