Nice windows! I think this will look good with good exterior materials. One thing i think helps laneway suites is adding good landscaping elements to make it sort of feel like a front yard. Lots of examples here in Vancouver to pick from.

Damn that arena is huge and nice. Used to have hockey practice all the time on Tsuu T'ina growing up, happy to see they are upgrading it!

I don’t know the name of this project, but it was on hold for a while and now they are back working on it again. (17th ave nw and 6th street)

That’s the one! The shafts went up sometime I think September or October maybe, then the sites at idle for quite a while. Glad to see there is action again.

There was a rendering somewhere for this. But, yes, it looks similar to the building beside it. I think it's even the same developer.

I took a look inside the first phase and it was honestly one of the cheapest, worst buildings I've seen in the past several years.

I thought it was Castle Mountain Developments, but I don't see it on their website, unless they changed it to a 'one of' company related only to that site.
