I went to it. Pretty interesting. It was a student project, so take everything with a grain of salt. But they seemed to have done some pretty intense analysis. I think this group was mostly transportation engineers. They said the total capital cost would be $1.2 B or something, and the phasing would take like 32 years. But the land value of the excess land would be in the order of $900M, so it isn't completely out of the realm of possibility. An interesting discussion, but more of a conversation than a serious proposal.
