Yeah, I'm looking forward to the day that the city fixes up that little park in the MRV area between 16 and 17. It doesn't even really need much work. Just clean up the trees, new paving stones, clean up the gazebo, maybe refresh the small grassy areas, and voila.

I NOTICED that the Wendy's Location on 17th, by 12th St has Shut Down, I asked a Staff Associate up by Westbrook Why the Closer. Got Told it Wasn't Bringing In Enough Money etc, (to Snall?) Who is Next? the MacDonald Location? Seems these Locations Even if Small Did OK for Their Sizes. Now ITS Bigger Sizes Required or They get Shut Down. Will B Interested to See How these Locations Turn Out

The Beltline Urban Mural Project has an absolute whopper of a site for one the new murals this year: 735 12th Avenue SW. The Stonehaven building.

Oh hell yes! that't easily one of the worst streetscapes by a building, probably beaten only by its big brother Bromley (or whatever it's called now). What's the timeline for this?

Took a stroll around the hood today. Every time I go for a walk around the Beltline, I am always impressed by how far it’s come in the last 20 years.

When I Moved to Canada from quebec 40 Yrs ago, Calgary was a different Place. The Belt Line as such was a Totally Di9fferent Place really. Its now 2018 and its all Changed, Yet some things Haven't changed at all. I give it 5 Yrs and it won't B the Same Belt as We know it Now - Presently. I think there is a LOT of Dvvlpmt Money Sitting Tight just Waiting to B Spent on Various Projects. A Change in Provincial Gvmts will Make a Big Difference Honestly. `My View Only. I will B Interested to See how it All Turns Out.

Loving what the Beltline is becoming. That BUMP project is adding lots of cool art/culture to the neighborhood too. Anybody else find it odd there's still only 1 north to south separated bike lane (5th st sw) through Beltline? Would like to see separated lanes at 11 st, 2 st sw and 4 st se. I wouldn't be surprised to see Beltline population approaching 25k this census and continue to swell with the amount of new development in the works. Need to keep up with new infrastructure.

That Site where the old CIBC Data Centre was at 11/2 SW. is Now Replaced by the Condo Tower etc. There was to B a 2nd Tower of Sorts to the West. Anyone know what the Score is on
that Project? .
