Ran some numbers based on schedule delays. Typically the glass is 4-5 levels behind structure. Once the building envelope is in, the interior trades can begin their work. Without the envelope, the critical path goes out the window. Pun intended;)

Man if they mess up this one then I think Cidex should be banned from Calgary or at least banned from developing high rises. You can't be making ugly tall buildings all over the Core. They should look into smaller projects, that way we won't have to see them. The tower does look promising but if they pull another EV Hat with the materials, then I quit on Cidex for good.
 
According to the rendering there will be three tones of brown panelling on the podium. The three tones would’ve looked cool 10 years ago, but I’m over that pixelization randomization look.
