Man I keep forgetting about this project. Great pics, this site is huge. Hopefully it pumps some life into the west end of DT.

It's too early to call. They haven't started enclosing the open end of the underground parking structure and they have no dirt on site for backfilling. They need a place for staging right now. That can be moved over once the south side is built to grade allowing them to excavate the north side. It's the shortest tower. It can be built quicker than the other two.

I’d be happy to sacrifice the third/fourth of all the triplet/quadruplet designs we have right now as long as the tallest gets built first. Come back later with a new design. We have enough Xerox buildings.

I've got it on pretty good authority (Cidex employee), that the western, tallest tower will be built first.

Perfect, exactly the info I had. That is great as well in that it will expand the skyline to the west pretty significantly, as it will be the only 150 meter-er west of Nexen, a distance of about 4 blocks.
