Imagine a 35 storey building that is covered entirely in EZ trim or hardie board/vinyl siding…..Cidex would be the ones to do it for sure!

TBH I’m happy they’re building the third tower. Podium sucks, but at this point the podium is built anyways might as well add another tower and some more residence in that area.

Glad to hear Cidex took a proactive approach to a major safety issue...

I walked by here today - ironically the green safety fence to keep people out of a glass falling zone goes right up to the curb, forcing pedestrians to walk into the bicycle lane and traffic.

There's some sloppy detour signage but it's not intuitive and blocks all the curb cuts and ramps so people just walk by it.

Did anybody watch this and look at the podium? I didn't. Definitely not a great street presence but these are growing on me. I was driving north on 14th Street in the SW by the Rockyview and could see these poking up with the lights on the top. It looked cool.
