Looking at that last pic by @GoVertical, I like the look of the towers and the crown. They should have gone with the theme that it's meant to mimic mountain peaks, because it does sort of remind of of mountain tops when I look at it.

8th steet side looks like Fallujah, as this nears completion i would have expected some action taking place there, one way or another.

Given Cidex has broken ground on Hat 14th Street, I don't see them moving forward on tower 3 anytime soon. Probably wait for that tower to complete before tower 3 here. Unless the uptake on these first two is better than anticipated maybe.

The crown looks better since the white panels have been fixed. I can live with the crowns but the podium is unforgivable still.

They fixed the glass panels, but the mech floor has the grey trim vs dark on the new tower.

There isn’t even an entrance to the tower off that barren slab of concrete on the west side. Explode this disaster and start over.

Hopefully those trees along 9th grow nice and tall. Based on the city's track record of dead trees on public roads I have little faith though. Imagine that podium only with dead trees.
