That's an impossible question to answer. They haven't even launched sales, let alone received enough sales to think of construction.

I also heard there was some friction between Grosvner and Cressey, the two development partners on it. Not sure if it has been resolved. Either way, based on condo sales at the moment, I would not hold my breath.

I was in Kensington today... it's crazy how prominent these towers are from 10th Ave. It really changes the entire dynamic of the downtown skyline.
