Still haven't been able to find any information anywhere on renting or purchasing a unit in this building. I would have thought they would have begun marketing something by now given it looks to be almost complete.

I actually think it looks pretty good and its a huge boost to that area.
I'm curious, noticed on their rental site they claim there will be an on-site restaurant and cafe, wonder if they have already secured some retail tenants, or if they're just assuming they will in the future.

It's pretty good given the location at the corner of 14th Street and CPR tracks. Is there a worse location in all of the Beltline? I'm ecstatic it's not dead space anymore.
Also impressed they built in concrete. And rents look pretty reasonable too. It's not a dream building, but it's a great outcome in the real world.

The building is decent, but I sure hope they plan on doing the sidewalk and not leaving it to the city...

They have to do the sidewalk, the city makes them post a security to cover it and the security amount would be quite a bit more than the cost of the sidewalk.
One of the greatest benefits of these 10th ave developments is the new sidewalks we are getting.
