When these projects are completed, I won't be surprised if it truly kicks off 10 Ave turning into a main street vibe for Sunalta. Mix the population boom in with the two breweries already there, and it's destined to bring more foot traffic, and more businesses.

Truly feels like it's turning from nothing, into something.

This is an interesting one because the rendering is so unrealistic that it could turn out nicely or it could be terrible. Will be fun to watch!

When I first looked at the rendering, it really threw me off, and gave me the impression that the building would be well offset from 10th (very suburban), but seeing it in person, the building is appropriately setback from the street. I’m hoping this thing turns out to be a pleasant surprise.

I just noticed that the empty lot on the corner of of 14th and 11th ave is for sale, would be nice to see a midrise in this location. Great to see the transformation of this area
