Ground level looks pretty good, lots of big windows, would be a good place for a restaurant.

And that wooden pole isn't going anywhere, they would have ripped it out long ago.

I think their Hat @ 14th Street is a solid project based on the renderings, as long as they don't fool us with more spandrel. But a podium like the one for West Village towers is completely unacceptable.

They’ve already fooled us with more spandrel as the plans don’t equal the rendering.
