Looking at those latest pics on the last page, I know it's Cargary but it would have been nice if they pedestrianized University Avenue from McLaurin Street to Collegiate Road. Easy enough for traffic to route south via Perraton Avenue.

Seems like it. But the University seems to be reserving the space for that in the future. Does the University even want to own McMahon? A more comprehensive plan with the Fieldhouse and McMahon would be possible if the city owned the whole thing.

Not a chance under the Cavalry's current ownership. The Wild FC is more likely.
