The second development permit is on the north side of Na'a Drive, across from The Village Townhomes Eagleview, between the Deveraux Skyway project and the Gateway Retail project:
According to the drawings, the developer is Eaglecrest Construction. 6 storey, 21m, 147 dwelling units:
Also, according to Deveraux's website, they have renamed the Podium at Medicine Hill to be The Podium at Aiss'ka'pooma, to recognize the indiginous name of the area. They have also posted some updated renderings:
