The appeal probably has something to do with the building replacing a playground, and I'm not clear if the plan for the replacement playground has been finalized.

I'm sure it's the usual stuff, height, shadows, traffic as well as the playground...

This and the Hindle affordable project in the West End have better architecture than 90% of the market buildings in Calgary. Well done.
