Unfortunate cladding (ass ugly) but a really interesting build with having what are row-houses but a shared courtyard of sorts with underground parking. Really weird mix of row-house development and apartment building. Really neat idea however, reminds me of the houses Culdesac (private car-free development in Tempe Arizona) is building. Not sure if I see where more in this sort of this style could be built.

Yeah I kind of like it - and solve this problem that many of these places have around outdoor amenites being too piecemeal or divided up to be a meaningful value to residents. A quasi-courtyard that's functional will be kind of cool.

Totally random question, not unique to this building - what's the deal with modern townhomes and buildings often having such bizarre roofline? Seems line it's more common than not for this scale of project to have a bizarre jagged looking design, rather than something more tradtional like a flat roof or simple point. Any design rationales that are creating this so often?
