This has gotta be the worst downgrade from a render I've seen in a while. This is BAD
In all fairness, the material looks better in person than in photos, but yeah with less windows than shown in some of the renders, it’s a downgrade.

Not as good as the renders, but overall not that bad. No worse than most of the townhome projects u/c.

It’s 50 units replacing 4 houses with oversized yards, I’m good with the siding choice.

Unfortunate cladding (ass ugly) but a really interesting build with having what are row-houses but a shared courtyard of sorts with underground parking. Really weird mix of row-house development and apartment building. Really neat idea however, reminds me of the houses Culdesac (private car-free development in Tempe Arizona) is building. Not sure if I see where more in this sort of this style could be built.
