I never noticed in the design the units had that angle. I thought it was parallel to the exterior.

Tarps around the main floor are gone. This is the South end of the building.

I really wonder about the ground-floor CRUs here. Hope they're successful but this area really leans into strip malls.

Maybe it is a catalyst for the intersection? I could see the lot east of it being developed too. The one south seems too big with too much going on, but you never know?
