I really wonder about the ground-floor CRUs here. Hope they're successful but this area really leans into strip malls.

Maybe it is a catalyst for the intersection? I could see the lot east of it being developed too. The one south seems too big with too much going on, but you never know?

Vapor barrier is nearly finished, last time I saw it there wasn't any cladding yet but I'll get a photo next time I pass by
