For how aggressively they're marketing it and the insane amount they are charging this thing better damn well blow the renders out of the water. I'm expecting extremely high quality materials and detailing because the overall design itself is extremely bland.

There's nothing wrong with a boring design like this if the materials are really, really nice, but if it's a boring design AND crappy materials like every other new build then this project will be a tragedy given the location (and a scam for the buyers who are paying a hefty premium for a crappy product that just so happens to be in a good location).

I remember an article that the proponent and owner is planning to live here. Maybe it’s just marketing but I’d imagine they could’ve made more money and easier to sell if they built a high rise here
