I agree with the street level of Verve, but the tower portion turned out pretty good.

We don't need to be tortured over and over again with updated pics of this building. ? I was coming down Eastside Memorial today, the whole skyline looked beautiful but this building stuck out like a sore thumb, The spandrel on the east side is just the worst.

Honestly, the hat isn't that terrible, especially not in the context of East Village. Even if it's not that great on it's own, it fits in well in terms of color and massing with the rest of the buildings around it.

Im just trying to make light of the situation. The problem I have with it is that its too large hence making the design even more noticeable. That will hopefully change once they build around it.

Good god Cidex is awful! NORR isn't very impressive as an architect either, this tower is such a disappointment!
