That penthouse has got a massive glass wall! It almost looks like a lobby.
Almost 3 stories in height! I have heard that the developer's son will occupy one of the penthouses.

It doesn't look like it. I'll have to look up old info for this, because I thought there was going to be some retail.

Way too much spandrel glass on these towers. Looks cheap.

I can live with the spandrel over some of the other design elements. That podium! Ugh! That mechanical box is quite something too.
