fantastic, cant see how anything better could get built there at this moment. plus it takes up almost the whole half block except the car wash on 1st.

Nice, I figured they may be close when I saw the contractor signage last week. Not a great design but this area of the beltline really needs more development.

Edit: just added some pics from today - site prep started.

Also fyi mods - noticing some weird error messages when trying to upload pics post Lightroom. Having to edit via iPhone directly lately.
