Its too bad they didn’t use the same materials throughout the building. I like the wood paneling on the North and west side but I’m still not sure about the full black look on the 5th Avenue side.

Still don’t love the final look of this one due to the materials, but they nailed it from a commercial perspective! Right sized CRUs. Great mix of local businesses tenants. High traffic location.
