It's most likely going to be Hardie. ACM is about 2x the cost IIRC. EIFS uses a trowel on membrane to allow water vapour to diffuse out of the wall.

If Calgary didn't already have so many art installations with horses, I would be totally fine with an astronaut on a horse. If it was some weird techno statue like the one above I still might even be down with it.

I'm okay with the hardie board as long as it's one of the decent styles. Most common hardie board style is the wood grained siding that we see on houses, but there are flat panel types that look pretty good.. Fingers crossed.
This style is one that is becoming very common. I'm guessing this or some other type of flat panel.
