Nothing yet. It was supposed to start in the summer, but to my knowledge no BP has been issued yet. I'm guessing they are clearing up some details on the DP.

Anybody have any idea of how big of a revision this is? The description says parkade changes, I wonder if they are looking to lose a deck of parking to save costs.

On a serious note though, it'd be great if it did start. The design and the spot are both looking good

Always good to get another hotel going, but the design of this thing reminds me of 5th and Third. Way too many patterns and materials going on, and none of it feels of particularly high quality.
