Construction fencing is down around the site, with the exterior looking pretty complete. Not sure if any occupancy has occurred yet:

I took a walk around the area, with this, the Peace Bridge and the new plaza. What a huge difference from what it was the last time I was there ~2 years ago. It's become a great public space.

Yes they have. To what extent, not sure - but definitely people in there now.

Saw a moving truck outside of it today. Also, the sales centre building has been completely demolished. I remember a salesperson telling me about 1.5 years ago that they would move the presentation center into one of the ground floor townhome units, demo the existing centre, and begin construction on the second tower.
Well, centre is gone, not sure if we will see construction start on the new tower. They don't appear to be releasing the units when you look at the website.

Still 10-15 units left to sell. Many of the townhouses.
I can't imagine the second tower will be going ahead anytime soon with this market.
