The townhouses are another lesson in how not to design ground floor units - they should be elevated, not sunken. The fishbowl experience doesn't appeal to the buyer. While many people (such as myself) enjoy some of the benefits that the ground floor units can offer, they need to be designed in a way that offers some degree of privacy and separation from those passing by.

Bumping this one to say that they were putting sod over the former sales center site today. While it is better than the dirt/gravel lot that was there, I take it this means the second phase won't be starting anytime soon

Maybe we'll luck out and the land will be redeveloped into a two story food court retail building like the one Bronco was proposing for EV.
