This gives me a lot of hope for JEMM's Sunnyside project on 9A street. They started with an aggressive land use application to get significant parking relaxations, as with the Bridge. If it keeps on trend with this one, they will follow it up with a solid DP and a quick construction timeline that takes advantage of limited u/g parking.I feel like this is a trick. It must be holograms and in reality it’s still just a brownfield.
