Scaffolding coming down on the south side of the building. Couldn't get a good look inside at where the interior stands.

Selfishly, would love for them to remove the scaffolding and open the sidewalk on the east side so I don't have to cross the street (I work in the Manulife Building).

They're digging up the sidewalk in front of the building today. Maybe some underground utility work? Also looks like a concrete pour on the 8th Floor.

I get that construction needs to happen, but that sidewalk has been closed for at least 5 years now. It's time lol

Judging by the concrete pour and the fact the interior is back to the structure I don't see this being done until the Calendar reads late 2026 or maybe even early 2027.
